Delivery Information
- Goods can be delivered to your door-step by overnight delivery (Frozen Milk)
- Next Working Day Delivery (7:00 am – 12:00 noon)
- Any orders placed prior to 12 pm will be dispatched on the same day.
- Once the milk is dispatched you will receive a text and email with the tracking number for your order.
- There is a minimum order of 14 bottles (small box) for delivery.
- Dispatch is from Monday – Thursday
- (We do not dispatch on Friday to avoid extra charges of £8 for Saturday delivery unless you request this service)
- Please Note Parcelforce has Zonal Post Codes where extra charges apply (Zone 2&3)

Order Collection
Please book an appointment to order any products you wish for collection. No minimum order required.
The Freshly Frozen Raw Camel milk bottles do not require preserving boxes if ordered for collection. Each will be sold at the price of £7.
